Our digital intake process allows you to complete your medical history, update your insurance card, and secure your appointment with a deposit via our text-to-pay feature. These tools make it easy to provide important information on your schedule and help us prepare for a smooth, personalized experience. We can also set up a secure tele-consultation prior to your in-person visit to the office.

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our concierge team—warm, attentive professionals who are here to make you feel at home. If any details need to be updated or added, we’ll provide you with a tablet for quick and secure entry, ensuring everything is current before your clinical care begins.

BITE Dental Center is a technology-first, mobile-friendly company that provides paperless records to reduce waste. You can complete the digital forms from any computer or mobile device at your convenience. To locate New Patient forms, please use our Appointment Request feature. After providing the necessary information, you will receive access to our Patient Portal via email.

Your visit begins in our VIP Lounge, a private, beautifully designed setting where you can unwind before your appointment. In this calm environment, we take time to understand your health history, wellness goals, and any concerns you may have. It’s here that we also take baseline photographs and clinical images, which help us create a personalized, long-term care plan just for you.

From there, you’ll be escorted to our clinical area to meet your doctor and hygienist. This isn’t a rushed exam or impersonal checklist—it’s a thoughtful conversation, a chance for our team to truly get to know you. You’ll receive any scheduled hygiene or diagnostic services, and your care team will ensure that your comfort is prioritized at every step. Should you need anything during your visit, a concierge is always nearby to provide support, comfort, and information.

We believe early dental experiences should be positive, light-hearted, and fun. For children, we use kid-friendly language and gentle explanations to help them feel safe and even excited about their visit. We know how important it is to build trust from an early age, and we take that responsibility to heart.

Here, you can openly discuss any medical or financial considerations with your provider and care coordinator, away from the clinical setting and with the time you need to feel informed and confident in your next steps.
