Advanced Technologies at BITE Dental Center

BITE Dental Center, technology isn’t an afterthought—it’s the foundation of everything we do. As a technology-first practice, we are proud to integrate the most advanced tools and digital systems across every area of care. From diagnostics and planning to treatment and recovery, our approach is defined by precision, efficiency, and comfort. Whether you’re here for routine care or a full-mouth transformation, you can expect a seamless, state-of-the-art experience that reflects the very best of modern dentistry.

General Dentistry & Implants

Our practice uses Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) to capture ultra-high resolution 3D images of the teeth, jawbone, nerves, and surrounding structures—all with precision and minimal radiation. This advanced diagnostic tool allows us to see what traditional 2D X-rays cannot, offering critical insight for implant placement, root canal therapy, TMJ analysis, and complex surgical planning.

CBCT technology also plays a vital role in customizing treatment, helping us assess bone quality, identify potential complications, and deliver care that’s tailored to the smallest anatomical detail. With its low-dose scanning protocols and fast imaging cycles, CBCT is a safe, efficient, and indispensable part of our precision-driven care.

We use digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, and AI cavity detection in our offices. These technological advancements have revolutionized dental diagnostics and patient care.

AI-detected cavity detection algorithms analyze images with unparalleled efficiency, assisting dentists in identifying cavities at their earliest stages. This early detection enables proactive intervention, preventing the progression of decay and preserving more of the natural tooth structure.

No more goopy impressions. We utilize advanced intraoral scanners, including Primescan and iTero, to capture highly detailed 3D models of your teeth and bite. These cutting-edge systems offer improved accuracy and comfort, eliminating the need for traditional impressions while ensuring precise fit and esthetic results in restorative and cosmetic treatments.

Laser

The Fotona Lightwalker AT laser is integral to our minimally invasive, precision-driven approach. Its dual-wavelength technology allows us to perform a wide range of procedures—from soft tissue sculpting and gum therapy to implant disinfection and facial esthetic treatments—with unmatched accuracy. This advanced laser promotes faster healing, reduced discomfort, and superior clinical results, all while preserving surrounding healthy tissue.
Our dental hygienists are trained to use diode laser therapy as a gentle yet powerful adjunct to periodontal care. This technology allows us to target and reduce harmful bacteria beneath the gumline, promote healing, and minimize inflammation with exceptional precision. When used during routine hygiene visits or periodontal maintenance, the diode laser enhances comfort. It supports long-term gum health, helping to preserve your natural teeth and maintain a balanced oral environment.

TMD & Occlusion

The K7 system is a cornerstone of our neuromuscular dentistry approach. It captures real-time data on jaw movement, muscle activity, and joint sounds to give our clinicians a clear, objective picture of how your bite functions. This level of diagnostic precision is especially valuable in treating temporomandibular disorders (TMD), allowing us to identify dysfunctions that may not be visible through imaging alone. It also serves as a powerful tool for monitoring progress throughout treatment and helping patients understand the mechanics behind their symptoms.
Before beginning any bite therapy or restorative work, we use TENS therapy to gently deprogram overactive jaw muscles. This helps bring the mandible to its natural resting position, free of muscle compensation or clenching patterns. By creating a state of true muscular relaxation, we can establish a stable and healthy jaw posture as the foundation for further treatment. It’s a critical step in delivering results that feel as good as they function.
Tekscan’s ultra-thin digital sensor captures the nuances of your bite in motion, measuring force distribution, contact timing, and pressure differentials with micron-level accuracy. This technology allows us to precisely adjust your occlusion—whether for fine-tuning a single crown or calibrating the bite across a full-mouth reconstruction. It removes the guesswork from occlusal adjustments and plays a vital role in managing TMD, clenching, grinding, and restorative outcomes with total confidence.

Esthetics

During cosmetic consultations, we capture a full visual profile and simulate your ideal smile before a single tooth is touched—ensuring that outcomes match your vision.
In facial esthetics, our Lightwalker laser is also used to rejuvenate the skin through collagen stimulation, wrinkle reduction, and non-invasive tightening treatments like NightLase.

Sleep Apnea

The digital pharyngometer is a non-invasive tool that allows us to measure and visualize the size and stability of your airway in real time. Using sound wave reflection technology, it maps the airway from the oral cavity to the throat, helping us identify areas of constriction or collapse—especially during sleep. This data is essential for diagnosing airway-related disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, and for determining the most effective position for oral sleep appliances. By taking precise, objective measurements, the pharyngometer removes guesswork from treatment planning and ensures a custom, airway-optimized approach to care.
